Selection Process

The selection process for the Core staff includes the fresh talents and the Experienced are strictly ensured that each and every individual(s) are selected after performing at different skills level test.

-  First round of selection, which is the screening
-  Second round Questionnaire and Personal Interview.
-  Short-listed Individual(s) are set for analytical skills and listening skills.
-  Successful candidates undergo presentation, which ensures their verbal, and
   comprehension skills.
-  All Filtered Individual(s) meet the final round of selection.
-  Selected Individual(s) meet CEO confirms their role and packages.
-  Finally they are handed over to the skilled trainers to be molded from fresher to
   professionals.
